If you have a defective item and are planning to order a replacement, please contact BuildingLink Support first, at 877-501-7117 or support@buildinglink.com, for troubleshooting to ensure that the replacement is in fact necessary.

Please note: Equipment warranty extends to one year after the original purchase date. BuildingLink is not responsible for replacing equipment in the event of direct physical loss or damage. Our warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage and to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire or any other external cause.

Returns due to order error or product dissatisfaction must be made within 30 days of purchase.
