Training Request Form

Instructions: Please fill out this form to schedule BuildingLink Staff Functionality Training, KeyLink Training, or a Management Optimization Session. Please fill out a form for each session if more than one is needed.


Training Session Reminders:
    • Sessions are typically scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance, based on availability.
    • Each training is live and tailored to your property's configuration and your employee access level.
    • If the remote trainng will be attended by multiple trainees, please enter the names and email addresses as a note to the trainer when scheduling the session. 
    • Trainings cover full platform functionality and are booked for 60-90 minute sessions.
    • We do not offer module-specific or resident training sessions. We have a designated support team available to assist. Please contact them at support@buildinglink.com or (212) 501-7117 ext. 0.
